Evelina Izdebski
WIB Executive Team Marketing Manager, University of New Hampshire Peter T. Paul College of Business & Economics Evelina Izdebski is currently completing her senior year at The University of New Hampshire within Peter T. Paul College, graduating in May of 2021. Evelina is studying Marketing and Management. She is a Financial Office Assistant at the UNH Business Service Center. Evelina enjoys being involved on campus by being a member of Alpha Phi Omega. She is focusing on networking and building strong connections to gain a better understanding of her passions within the marketing and management aspects of business. |
Lauren Haley is a lecturer in the Management Department of Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire where her interests and contributions center on the topic of leadership. Lauren currently teaches Introduction to Business and Women’s Leadership in the 21st Century, and she has taught several additional courses at the University of New Hampshire including Organizational Leadership and Structure, Introduction to Women’s Leadership In Health and Human Services, and Peer Leadership. In addition to teaching, Lauren serves as the faculty director for the Rutman Fellows Leadership Program, a key component of the Rutman/Och Advancing Women’s Leadership Initiative, which supports the Colleges’ contribution to advancing women’s leadership in business and economics.
Lauren has worked in the higher education setting for nearly ten years. Most recently, Lauren served as the founding Director of Career and Professional Success for UNH’s College of Health and Human Services where she partnered with students, faculty, staff, and employers to increase students’ access to high-quality internships and jobs. She served on the Executive Council for the New England Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers as Vice President for Professional Development and on the Steering Committee for the National Academic Advising Association as the NH State Liaison. Prior to her career in higher education, Lauren spent several years employed in the community mental health sector as Case Manager and Youth and Family Therapist. Lauren received her Ed.D. in Higher Ed. Administrative Leadership from Plymouth State University, her M.A. in Psychology from American University and her dual B.A. in Sociology and Justice Studies from the University of New Hampshire. She resides in Lee, NH, with her husband and their two children. |
Dr. Cristin Zaimes holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Simmons College and has specialized in the field of orthopedics and pelvic floor dysfunction for over 10 years. She has extensive advanced training through the American Physical Therapy Association for pelvic floor, bladder, bowel and sexual dysfunction for women and men. Dr. Zaimes teaches annually to doctoral level students at Simmons College regarding the current concepts in Women’s health, obstetrics and pelvic floor physical therapy. In the clinic, Cristin uses various methods of treatment to alleviate symptoms and help patients return to their best physical self. Multiple forms of manual treatment such as massage, myofascial release and dry needling can be incorporated into her sessions. Movement is the key! She is passionate about facilitating movement and a healthy lifestyle. We can connect you with the best resources to help on your journey. The physical aspect is important along with stress management, optimal nutrition and emotional health.
Cristin’s aim is to assess the origin of the dysfunction while helping patients develop skills to improve day to day patterns and prevent re-occurrence. She treats every person as a whole and believes that each body tells a story, one that begins early in life where certain patterns develop which continue through the many stages in life creating abnormal mechanics and resulting in injury. Cristin and her husband find balance and peace in nature when skiing, hiking or surfing but can usually be found at various sporting events with their son Jackson or in a theatre with their singing and actress daughter Alexa. |
Emily Hammond has been a Human Resources professional for over 20 years. Emily has held roles of increasing responsibility with both small and medium sized companies, and with manufacturing, technology, and retail businesses. With an extensive background in all aspects of HR including talent management, employee relations, compensation, and training, she currently focuses on developing total rewards programs that attract and retain a talented and diverse workforce. Emily also serves on the Board of Directors at the Richie McFarland Children’s’ Center lending her knowledge of HR to the center. As a 15-year volunteer with Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of NH, she also gives back by advocating for the rights of abused and neglected children in NH. As an HR professional, Emily’s professional interests lie in helping companies develop a diverse, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture that attracts and retains top talent, and supports employees to develop into energized and motivated employees that drive the company’s business forward.

Rachel Campagna
Assistant Professor of Management, University of New Hampshire Peter T. Paul College of Business & Economics Rachel Campagna is an Assistant Professor of Management. Her research focuses on factors that affect negotiations and work relationships. Prof. Campagna’s current work examines the impact of trust between parties on their negotiation and post-negotiation behaviors, specifically the extent to which trust motivates effort and cooperative behavior after the deal. Prof. Campagna’s work is published in top journals such as the Journal of Applied Psychology and Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes. She also teaches a variety of courses in Negotiation and Management.

Catherine Ashcraft
Assistant Professor of Natural Resources and the Environment , University of New Hampshire Peter T. Paul College of Business & Economics Dr. Catherine Ashcraft is an Assistant Professor of Natural Resources and the Environment and a Faculty Fellow at the Carsey School of Public Policy at the University of New Hampshire. She is interested in the human dimensions of ecological systems and focuses on how environmental policies and institutions are negotiated and designed to foster justice and respond to change, particularly in freshwater systems and climate adaptation planning. Her work has been published in interdisciplinary journals, including PLOS ONE, Climatic Change, Elementa, and Environmental Development. She co-edited the book The Politics of Fresh Water: Access, conflict and identity (Routledge). She is contributing to a National Science Foundation (NSF)-funded International Research Experiences for Students (IRES) to support sustainability learning in Ecuador. Other recent research includes an NSF-funded project to research decision-making about the future of dams in New England, a project on payment for hydrological services programs in Veracruz, Mexico, a U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA)-funded project on flood risk management policy in New Hampshire, and a National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)-funded project analyzing institutional barriers and opportunities to implementing living shorelines in New Hampshire. She teaches courses in environmental policy and negotiation and public dispute resolution. She received a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, an MS from the Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies, and a Ph.D. in Urban and Regional Planning from MIT.
