Lisa Robidoux

Paul College of Business & Economics Lisa Robidoux is currently in her junior year at the University of New Hampshire within the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics, graduating in May 2022. She is studying Accounting and Management.

Britni Ihle
Head of US Systematic Credit Training, Credit Suisse Britni Ihle is Head of US Systematic Credit Trading at Credit Suisse. She is responsible for developing the firm’s algorithmic credit trading platform and leads Portfolio trading for corporate bonds. Britni has been at Credit Suisse for the past 10 years, holding multiple roles in the Global Markets division. Prior to credit, she traded interest rate derivatives, leading the firm’s Short-end and Basis swaps desk and trading interest rate swaptions. Britni also traded investment grade credit and led the department’s technology and eCommerce product. Britni earned her Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. |
Chris Rice '91
Director of Managing Director, Global Head of Execution Strategy, Credit Suisse Chris is a Managing Director, Global Head of Execution Strategy at Credit Suisse. Previously Chris was a Senior Managing Director, Global Head of Cross Asset Trading & Trading Analytics at State Street Global Advisors. In this role, he had overall responsibility for 24-hour equity, currency, and fixed income trading with teams based in Boston, London and Hong Kong. Chris was also a member of the Executive Management Group, the company’s most senior strategy and policy-making team.
Chris was also a co-founder and board member of Luminex Trading & Analytics LLC. Luminex was created by nine asset managers (BlackRock, Fidelity, JP Morgan, Invesco, State Street, T. Rowe Price, BNY Mellon, Capital Group, and MFS) with combined AUM of over $12T as an equity SEC-registered alternative trading system (ATS). Chris earned his MS in Quantitative Finance from the Wallace E. Carroll School of Management at Boston College. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a second major in Spanish, from the University of New Hampshire. He has also completed a post-graduate program in Strategy and Innovation at the MIT Sloan School of Management. |
David Pease
Director of Managing Director, Global Senior Vice President of Talent, Bangor Savings Bank David Pease is Senior Vice President - Director of Talent, Diversity & Inclusion at Bangor Savings Bank. His HR career spans 30+ years in business, nonprofit, healthcare, academia and corporate America. He has a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Lesley University and a BS in Political Science and Communication from the University of Southern Maine. David also has the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and the Senior Certified Professional (SCP-SHRM) national designations. He been on the faculty of the Maine HR Convention for 15 years and served as an adjunct faculty member in Thomas College’s graduate school. David is the former State Director of Maine SHRM and received the distinguished Maine HR Leader of the Year award. He is a frequent speaker at state and national conferences. David serves as mentor and coach to numerous professionals in all stages of their career.

Emmanuel Aidoo
Head of Digital Asset Markets, Credit Suisse Emmanuel Aidoo is Head of Digital Asset Markets at Credit Suisse. He is responsible for delivering the firms digital asset markets strategy coupling Investment Bank platform and expertise in Electronic Execution with Credit Suisse’s industry leadership in Distributed Ledger Technology and Blockchain. Emmanuel joined Donaldson Lufkin and Jenrette in 1997 from Caspian Securities as the EMEA IT Head for Emerging Markets. He remained with Credit Suisse after Donaldson Lufkin and Jenrette was acquired in August 2000, and has held a variety of senior roles including Global Head of Debt Capital Markets Technology, Global Head of Leverage Finance Technology, and Global Head of Solutions Delivery before leading Credit Suisse’s distributed ledger technology efforts since 2014. He is Chair of SIFMA’s Blockchain Round Table and a Board Member of the Wall Street Blockchain Alliance. Emmanuel studied Computer Science at Brunel University in West London. In 2021 and 2020 Emmanuel was listed in Forbes Blockchain 50 and in 2019, he was voted by Business Insider as one of the Top 10 people transforming finance. |
