Prior to joining Salesforce, Katherine led innovation and digital transformation efforts within technology companies such as IBM, Telefonica Moviles and her own start-ups, as well as within innovation services organizations across industry including in Media, Manufacturing, Higher Education and Government. KVJ is a thought-leader and avid speaker on culture, technology and innovation, and her views have been shared broadly in the media including BBC, MSNBC, Wired Magazine, and she serves on boards in non-profit education and advices tech start-ups.
Debbie Dutton President of Advancement & President of the Foundation, University of New Hampshire Debbie Dutton has served for the past six years as the Vice President of Advancement and President of the Foundation at the University of New Hampshire (UNH) where she leads a team of 130 advancement professionals in a post-campaign phase of the University’s most ambitious capital campaign to date, Celebrate 150, the Campaign for UNH. During this effort, UNH has surpassed all previous records in fundraising and engagement and just closed the campaign at $307M well above the $275M goal. Prior to this role, she served as vice president for development and alumni relations at Colby College. During her six-year tenure at Colby, and before being promoted to vice president, she served as campaign director and led the school’s largest fundraising effort, the Reaching the World campaign, which surpassed its goal to raise $376 million when it concluded in 2010. Debbie’s career in development began at the Maine chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Debbie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism from the University of Maine and a Master of Science degree in business management from Lesley College. She lives in Kennebunk, Maine with her husband and their two children.
Robyn Gault Senior Vice President of Strategy & Development for CIT Bank’s Small Business Solutions team
Throughout her eighteen-year tenure at CIT, she has cultivated high-potential markets and enterprise accounts, and has guided the strategic development of CIT’s franchise market portfolio, which now includes over 20 major franchise brands. Over a 5-year period, the franchise portfolio grew from $15M to $90M under Gault’s leadership. Her successful strategies were later expanded to lead major enterprise vendor partnerships, including Apple, Intuit, Google & Ryder. In 2017, CIT’s new point-of-sale technology, which Gault helped develop and bring to market, received the Fintech Breakthrough Award for "Best Small Business Lending Solution."
